The SCCM role will require the individual to be proactively involved in the implementation, upgrade, support and daily administration of the toolsets used in the Fujitsu Service Delivery Desktop and Server Management in our Defence Portfolio. The role will proactively manage Incidents to SLAs and provide ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication of incidents.

Core Skills:

  • Administration experience in SCCM and its related components
  • Operational and administrator experience in WSUS and its related components
  • SCCM related Azure hosted functionality desired
  • Windows operating systems and networking
  • Network and firewall troubleshooting
  • Systematic and methodical troubleshooting
  • Scripting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and technical communication skills including over the phone
  • ITIL v3 Principals
  • NV2 Security Clearance
