  • Understanding of the resource industry
  • Very good understanding of HSE requirements for the resource / energy industry
  • Fabrication and manufacturing background

Main Responsibilities

Perth Metro & Aviation Nation Wide

Brand and Network:

  • Strengthen OEM Group’s brand in the aviation industry for the first 6 months, then build OEM Group’s brand mining industry and build and develop it in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Promote bespoke fabrication, and engineering projects throughout the Mining, Aviation, subsea and O&G industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop strong relationships and business networks within the territory to maximize opportunities
  • Keep communications frequent with clients
  • Understanding client’s budgets

Opportunities and Proposals / Quotes:

  • Participate to and implement agreed Business Development and sales strategies
  • Bring opportunities to be converted into proposals
  • Review quotations before issue to customers and comment as required
  • Fully understand client’s requirement s and drivers
  • Follow up quotations to convert into awards

Post award follow up:

  • Follow up progress of orders to ensure client’s needs and requirements are understood and met to their satisfaction
  • Create additional opportunities (potential variation orders etc.)


  • Reporting as per agreed frequencies and formats
  • Update CRM
  • Import and organize aviation drawing’s, procedures and documentation into OEM Group system
  • Other tasks as required by line Manager
