Production Technician

 Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall success & efficient operations for our client, through the documentation and assembly of technical and custom navigation aids to the highest quality.

Duties:

General and electronics product assembly of the advanced product range including Medium - Long range navigation aids, precision sector lights and monitoring equipment such as AIS or GSM.

Assembly, testing, and initial fault finding of control enclosures and integrated systems.

Record keeping and documentation for manufacturing builds.

Verification, Inspection, Calibration, Testing of Products to International Standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Qualified in the Electronics / Electrical field with either a Trades certificate, Certificate IV or Diploma.
• High level communication skills.
• Prior Manufacturing experience – Assembly.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experienced with hands- on skills with Production Tools and Test Equipment.
• Experience with SolidWorks & SolidWorks Electrical.
