We are looking for a Maintenance Manager, with excellent leadership and communication skills to join our team in Perth. Reporting to the General Manager - Australia, the Maintenance Manager - Australia is responsible for the approved maintenance organisation throughout PHI Internationals Australia based operations.

Duties and key responsibilities:

* Responsible for Australian regulatory purposes - control the activities stated on the Certificate of Approval as per CAR 30 (2D) (c)
* Develop, review, update and issue the Maintenance Organisation Manual/Maintenance Organisation Exposition and Procedure Manual
* Comply with the terms and directions contained in the Companys suite of manuals (Engineering and Continued Airworthiness)
* Performance management of direct reports and support performance management of the engineering team
* Work with Chief Engineers as well as key management on various Engineering projects

We are seeking applicants with the following skills, experience and qualifications:

* Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer CASA/EASA with experience in Part 145 management
* 5+ years of experience in managing aircraft engineering operations
* Management/Technical Management qualification (Degree or similar) and/or previous postholder for Maintenance or Airworthiness preferred
* Excellent people leadership and management skills
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
