The Position

Everyday Rewards holds strategic partnerships (eg. Qantas, EG, Ampol, etc) to expand its everyday needs ecosystem and deliver greater value to members. These strategic partnerships focus on increasing program engagement and ultimately driving spending across the WOW Group. 

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Plan, execute and optimize external partnerships lifecycle program and highly relevant campaigns to the Woolworths Group customer base
  • Manage the marketing relationship with external and internal stakeholders 
  • Deliver strong financial returns for the business, whilst providing value to our members, by balancing commercial returns and customer relevancy in every communication
  • Engage our members in the channel that is most relevant for them, with the best possible offer, timed for maximum efficacy
  • Understand data and leverage it to drive campaign performance. Focus on optimizing activity, engagement, response and conversion to maximise Woolworths return on marketing expenditure
  • Assist in providing analytical and account management support to effectively manage the relationships with key external partners for a mutually beneficial outcome.

About you

  • 3+ years experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles
  • Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.)
  • Perform budget management tasks such as monitoring company performance against estimates and preparing budget forecasts
  • Well-developed commercial acumen and proven ability to develop accurate business cases and activity plans that meet or exceed revenue/cost hurdles
  • Proven experience in working in complex stakeholder environments.Demonstrable experience in defining and managing highly successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience and management of customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value
  • Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks
  • Understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation, clustering, and predictive modelling
  • Ability to identify and prioritise high, medium, low-value opportunities and influencing stakeholders to prove value
  • Attention to detail, scheduling and work-flow planning
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Works well under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining values.
