The TRAX System Officer performs a crucial role in the daily operation and performance of the TRAX system. This includes system and user security, first level help support, modification requests, development, maintenance and implementation of releases and Service Packs.

To be successful in this role you will have a proven background in problem solving and troubleshooting, analysing and developing solutions, SQL, TRAX system maintenance or exposure to related Engineering and Maintenance Systems.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Sciences or other relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in provision of aviation application support
  • Exposure to the running of E&M systems
  • Willingness to work extended hours to ensure task completion when required
  • Built good rapport with members of internal and external partners
  • Detailed understanding of the TRAX maintenance system software
  • Working alongside internal managers and stakeholders to ensure system consistency
  • Implementing processes to continually review the reporting specifications to ensure business requirements are addressed
  • Previous experience Investigating and reporting issues to ensure consistent data quality
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues as well as data integrity issues as they arise
  • Fostered and developed a continuous improvement culture to identify opportunities for system and process improvements
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships across multiple levels in a highly dynamic, safety-critical or commercial context
  • Exposure to IOS Apps and products, with effective understanding of deploying apps to devices
  • SaaS or Cloud environment experience (desirable)
  • High competency of Microsoft Office 365 apps
