Detailed Job Description

• Demonstrated experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer
• Proven experience working with and deploying on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong experience scripting and / or coding in languages such as Python with experience writing infrastructure as code
• Knowledge and use monitoring tools, automation tools, operation support tools and CI/CD tools
• Superior attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
