We are looking for a customer service co-ordinator to join a busy team within a well-known Australian Manufacturing & Logistics company. You will be based at their Somerton office but then moving to their new location in Epping in a months time. Working within a team of freight forwarding specialists , it is essential that you bring the same level of experience and skills to compliment the team.
Requirements of the role:
- Timely processing of jobs to achieve service level agreements
- Proactively informing customer on shipment status and exceptions
- Provide quotations through commercial team
- Receive and manage any customer complaints & service queries
- Work with Airlines, Shipping lines and overseas agents when resolving customer issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide high level of customer service
- Use CargoWise order management module to log client orders and manage orders
- Liaising with 3PL agents or representative regarding shipping process related matters
- Work closely with operations to ensure response time are within 24 to 48 hours for international issues
Experience you will bring:
- Freight forwarding experience across operations, Customs documentation, Cartage
- Invoicing, Track and Trace, Air-Sea, Imports-Exports knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
- Multi-tasking in a high paced environment
- Cargo Wise Enterprise system knowledge
- International & Local Transport experience
- Customs clearance knowledge
