Another great opportunity to join a large and successful Australian manufacturing business that designs and builds precision machinery that is exported around the world.

Based in the Boronia area we need a Manager to manage a team of Maintenance Fitters, and project manage a large workshop facility. Your job will be managing the maintenance of all production areas including all HIGH-TECH CNC Machining facility.

Your role will be to improve, develop and support maintenance processes over the allocated departments. Plus Project Manage and advise Planning, Purchasing & Production on the relevant processes, procedures, and technical requirements as well as working closely with department Supervisors to deliver these projects.

This is a position with plenty of variety and challenge.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• Trade Qualifications or
• Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering Qualifications.
• Ideally, have Maintenance Fitting experience.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
• Hands-on experience ideal.
• Report writing ability.
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent communication skills a MUST.
