We are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant to provide support to the assist with and perform a variety of tasks that form an important part of the Executive Assistants role. The role is based in our Taren Point Office.


  • Company Vehicles - Purchase / Services / Rego / Tolls / Fuel usage / NRMA /Insurance Claims.
  • Traffic Infringements - pass on to relevant Drivers.
  • Diesel Government Subsidies - calculate and process.
  • Uniforms - ordering, stockholding and distribution - incl collection & processing of staff financial contributions.
  • Running regular and periodic reports as required.
  • Sales Reps & Managers Monthly Expenses - vet, approve and process.
  • Promotional Product Request Forms - enter / order products / arrange delivery / liase with reps & customers.
  • Project Allowances - enter / monitor / accrue and pay when due ...
  • Qantas Business Rewards - enter into sharepoint.
  • Stationery (incl Office Chairs) - ordering, stockholding and distribution
  • Travel - booking flights / hire cars / accommodation etc. as & when approved ( domestic and international )
  • Payment - completing cheques & requisition forms for approved invoices etc.
  • Credit Notes - processing - incl for promotional ideas.
  • Updating of Spreadsheets - Miele / Motor Vehicles / STC's etc
  • Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set.
