About Your Role

Thales works on complex Air Traffic Management (ATM) projects across the globe. This is a permanent role within the Air Space Mobility business which comprises of Air Traffic Control & Turnkey Support/Services Segment and the OneSky Australia Program. The OneSky Australia Program is the most complex transformation of Air Traffic Management (ATM) in its aviation history, a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a unified solution to Australia’s future ATM needs. 

The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative support for OneSky Project which involves software development and lifecycle support.

As a Project Support Coordinator, you will be accountable for:

  • Provide administrative support

  • Data management - maintain a customer records and file management system including correspondence and project documents

  • Create and maintain the Project data Repository

  • Coordinate the preparation, quality assurance, registration, and delivery (dispatch/email) of project artefacts (documents/correspondence) to customers, co-contractors and suppliers in a timely and high-quality manner.

  • Assistance with the production of regular Dashboards, Metrics, Project Status Reports, and other relevant reports.

  • Participation in and minute taking for, department, team, project, project review and customer meetings.

  • Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations, tables and reports.

  • Assist with the co-ordination of project and contract related travel arrangements (domestic and international) as required.

  • Assist with the reconciliation of all project and contract related travel costs (domestic and international) as required.

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions and receipts for department and project procurements in the purchase order system.

How about you?

  • Business Administration or similar qualification

  • Office administration / Project Coordination experience within in a project environment

  • Previous Project Coordination, Correspondence and Configuration Management and travel organisation experience desirable.
