About the Role

As Graduate Sales Associate you will be responsible for working with the PPE Key Account Sales team to develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customers across all PPE portfolios. Working closely with other Sales team members (Regional Sales Managers), this role will ensure customer requests are managed and dealt with in a timely and responsive manner.

Day-to-day performance shall be in 100% compliance with Sales process, ensure SFDC (CRM Tool) and other relevant systems are kept up-to-date. In addition, this role will work closely with the Pacific Projects Leader and the Service team in supporting the ANZ Sales team achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain and grow PPE’s revenue and margin, of assigned accounts, in line with Sales AOP
  • Assist in developing and presenting fit-for-for task PPE offerings and LifeCycle Roadmaps for assigned accounts
  • Account Management support of 100+ customer accounts; responsible for supporting account retention and growth within these assigned account base. Also responsible for maintaining relationships with End Users as well as gather intel on and opening doors to new ones.
  • Complete Research on opportunities to understand key stakeholder mapping, understanding customer business and operational issues and through this develop customer specific unique value proposition
  • Prepare reports and documentation in order to conduct ongoing customer reviews (Account Reviews, Impact Reviews and eCAP reviews)
  • Assist in building Build New Customer relationships
  • Work with management team to minimize and close out customer issues
Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Degree either in Marketing, Business or Engineering. completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, February 2022
  • Understand the challenges of being in sales and ideally have had experience in working closely with the sales team
This role will require you to communicate with variety of project stakeholders and thus you must be able to clearly communicate your thoughts. You will also work on building long-term customer relationships while facilitating resolution of all customer problems We are also looking for self-motivated individuals who love to challenge themselves and continuously learn.
