The Opportunity

We are looking for a modern Marketing professional to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of LifeFlight’s digital strategy through planning, scheduling, executing and evaluating digital initiatives with the aim of creating audience preference, driving leads for LifeFlight and building lasting digital connection with LifeFlight stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for leveraging online activity across all of LifeFlight’s initiatives, and is expected to work closely with other team members across the business to ensure consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community around the brand across all online media.

This is a full-time role located in our Brisbane Corporate Office.

Typical duties include:

  • Work with the Marketing Director to develop, implement and lead a digital marketing strategy with a view to increasing the profile and brand of LifeFlight and acquiring new audiences;
  • Develop a fully integrated digital tactical plan that delivers on the digital strategy;
  • Plan, implement and evaluate digital campaigns. Including media selection and scheduling, campaign messaging and creative execution;
  • Brainstorm and recommend new and creative growth strategies;
  • Work with the media team on content and campaigns utilising social media channels;
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective delivery of campaigns in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

About You

We are looking for a skilled candidate with proven digital marketing experience. Candidates must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

To be considered for this role you must address and satisfy the following selection criteria:

Selection Criteria:

Essential

  • A degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent in market experience);
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years);
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing end-to-end SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels;
  • Experience in the management and use of a Content Management System, WordPress preferred;
  • Experience in the management and use of email marketing platforms, Mailchimp preferred;
  • Ability to develop and report on Facebook advertising campaigns including skills in executing A/B and multivariate experiments;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;

Desirable

  • Previous experience in digital marketing for a not-for-profit or charitable organisation.
