Great opportunity to join a successful heavy-duty industrial vehicles business. This well-established company has a strong stable future in energy saving, environment and electric Transportation.

This is an exciting position and opportunity for a highly business savvy leader who can assist the organisation to the next level and join the team as an Electric Bus BDM.

This is a hands-on sales management role, highly interacting with all internal and external stakeholders in accessing Australian market and establishing monthly & annual volumes to create long-lasting relationships and sales.

You will identify potential opportunities base on various products:

  • Driving system components for commercial electric bus.
  • Opportunities for these components in the electric truck industry.
  • Modify diesel buses to electric buses;
  • Upgrades or modifications on current diesel driven buses and coaches;
  • Upgrades or modifications on current diesel driven trucks, such as rubbish trucks.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will be to lead and develop the team in achieving results, build and maintain relationships with all potential clients, track governments' policies and intentions to create corresponding strategies on sales and provide the highest level of customer experience.

This includes utilising your BDM / Sales Management skills in business development and pricing skills.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Experience in a similar role (ESSENTIAL)
  • Relevant background - electrical engineering (PREFERRED)
  • Familiar with relevant policies and regulations in public transport
  • Proven track record of achieving preset targets and creating benefits
  • Proven track record of developing channel relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Sound knowledge of sales process
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
