We are pleased to confirm that, our Rollingstock Fleet Services division within our Technical Services and Planning business unit is taking part in our Graduate campaign after many successful intakes. This year we are looking for two future Graduates holding either a Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Electronic or Aerospace Engineering degree (or similar) to work with us.

Aurizon owns the largest fleet of locomotives in Australia and with over 13,000 wagons, we are looking for people who have a keen interest in working on them. The rotations for this role will cover detailed design, modifications, project management, reliability, sustainability and train design. This program will fast track you to chartered status while being mentored and supervised by professional engineers.

  • You must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree or higher qualification that is bachelor level or above, and completed your relevant qualification by December 2021
  • You must be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or New Zealand citizen who has entered Australia on a valid passport and has unrestricted rights to employment

  • Webex Interview for successful candidates – Short video interviews will be held from 28th April to 6th May 2021
  • Assessment Centres for successful candidates - Will be held from 17th May to 28th May 2021
  • Pre-employment Checks & Medicals – Commencing 2nd June 2021
