About the role
You will have the opportunity to transform customer experience and foster operational excellence. Focusing on the internal processes, tools and systems you will enable our customers to interact with us effortlessly. Responsibilities will be managing the opportunities identified for improvement across the Sigma & ERP funnels. You will act as the Change Management focal across all lines of business and all activity within Customer Solutions, Accenture and related functions. This role is key to implementing identified improvements, from discovery through to business case, approved IP, build and implementation. This role will work closely with IT and our business partners to ensure requirements are prioritized appropriately and implemented as required.

About you
You will have experience working as a change analyst or business improvement analyst. Be comfortable collaborating across different locations and functions, using your communication and influencing skills to deliver outcomes. You will be;

  • Customer Obsessed
  • Extremely accurate, attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of the End to End (E2E) Order to Cash (OtC) process
  • Be proficient/ have experience with the following;
  • JDE, Salesforce
  • Confluence / Jira / Test Rail
  • Miro; Retrium; Survey Monkey
  • Power BI
  • Very good written and verbal communications
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong self-management skills including the ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workload and deliverables
