Taking ownership is critical. Whether we’re working individually or as a group, we challenge ourselves to deliver results. Your position as a Duty Operations Controller will see you responsible for overseeing and delivery of the daily regional network.

You will focus on key areas including schedule integrity and disruption management, acting as a point of contact for delay handling and Customer Service recovery across the Dash, B717 F100 and A320 fleets. You will provide ongoing support to the Regional Network Supervisor and Manager ROC Operations to ensure Group level recoveries are considered including engagement with key stakeholders. In addition, you will be updating operations computer systems, management of the daily slot control system and carrying out such tasks as directed by the Regional Network Supervisor or Manager ROC Operations.

To be successful you will possess:

  • Sound understanding of the airline business, including operations and commercial activity and priorities.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Advanced influencing and negotiation skills, with proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organisation.

  • Advanced practical problem solving and decision making skills in complex situations

  • Proven Customer Service experience in highly dynamic environment

  • Highly motivated and a demonstrated team player.

  • Out of the box thinking and practical problem-solving skills in often complex situations and ambiguity.
