We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the L&D Post Trade Training Manager, the Training Coordinator is be accountable for providing a high level of customer service for the planning and scheduling of all training events for both internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for the logistical coordination of flights, accommodation, materials, inductions, freight, training vendors and quoting for trainers and the team. This role also oversees the management of learner records through our LMS and Axcelerate management systems.

This is a full-time permanent role based at our WA head office in South Guildford.

To be successful the following is required:

  • Highly developed administrative skills with experience within a similar role
  • Experience coordinating training schedules or planning work for multiple customers’ needs
  • Solid experience with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word and the ability to use and develop templates
  • Travel booking systems experience and logistics planning
  • Ability to provide administrative support while providing leadership guidance
  • Highly developed Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problems solve in a fast-paced working environment
