We are currently looking for an experienced People Systems Manager to join our People & Culture team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of people systems specialists and supporting, investigating and analysing enhancements to the People Systems (HRIS) landscape [SuccessFactors, SAP, PageUp, People Pulse, aXcelerate, PowerBI]. The role will manage a team of two specialists who troubleshoot system issues, ensure system continuity and develop new systems capabilities on a national level. You will also be responsible for the delivery and achievement of people strategies through integrated, secure, effective and enabling technologies.

We are looking for someone who enjoys multifaceted operational and technical challenges, with the ability to understand the big picture. You’re best set for success in this role if you are of a growth mindset and can drive a culture which develops flexible solutions to overcome systems limitations.

This is a full-time permeant role based at our WA head office in South Guildford.

To be successful the following is required:

  • Tertiary qualifications within the fields of Information Technology and/or extensive previous experience in a similar HR Systems capacity, coupled with demonstrated understanding of business analysis techniques, experience in process modelling techniques and tools and leadership
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management
  • Previous experience with a Human Capital Management (HCM) system
  • Knowledge and understanding of best business practice, technology and systems related to information, communications and quality management.
  • Experience in planning and managing a range of information, communication and technology-based projects
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
