An exciting opportunity exists for highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officers to join our occupational health business, Jobfit Health Group, on a full-time basis

Jobfit Health Group provides a broad range of occupational health care services to thousands of businesses nationally, including pre-employment assessments, work fitness assessments, injury management and prevention, drug and alcohol screening, on site medical services and health and wellness programs.

The Customer Service Officer role is responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service and support to a major national account. Services include processing of online and phone medical bookings, follow-up of information / results and sending of medical determinations.

It is an exciting time to be part of Jobfit, we are growing at a rapid rate and are offering Full-Time, Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week, positions based at Wayville, SA.


  • Manage client or candidate booking requests received via company online booking software or by telephone within the designated KPI timeframe.
  • Identify specific client requirements for the booking based on company "pre-sets" or project specific requirements.
  • Contact clients / candidates or associate clinics to negotiate appointment times and send confirmations and relevant documentation.
  • Assist clients and candidates with queries in regards to medical results.
  • Liaise with associate clinics to follow up medical results and / or pathology for test results.
  • Liaise with candidates regarding missing or additional information required for their medical.
  • Check candidate details and review booking components to the assessments, to determine the medical has been completed in full prior to data entry and processing for determination.
  • Send determined medical results to clients and / or government bodies.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
  • Experience in contact centre or medical administration positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Able to utilise headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
  • Ability to work under pressure with demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain allocated Key Performance Indicators.
