Digital Project Coordinator – Secure Work Pilot

  • $87,640 - $99,438 (plus superannuation)
  • Fixed Term until 30 June 2023

The newly established Digital Project Coordinator - Secure Work Pilot will support the end-to-end delivery of the project across the design, implementation, and on-going management phases of the Secure Work Pilot. Working with external and internal stakeholders, the focus of the role will initially be in the establishing the digital systems and operations for the Pilot, while supporting other workstreams in their project management.

The Digital Project Coordinator - Secure Work Pilot is responsible for coordinating implementation of the project, developing project plans and monitoring project performance against objectives to support the Secure Work Scheme. Reporting to the Senior Digital Project Manager, the key accountabilities will include:

  • Support the end to end delivery of the project across the design, implementation, and on-going management phases of the Secure Work Pilot with an initial focus establishing the digital systems and operations for the Pilot, while supporting other workstreams in their project management.
  • Support research, analysis and definition of user and system needs, including service design user stories, system requirements, user acceptance testing and training, to enable agile delivery of digital solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage discrete workstreams within the projects, developing project plans, monitor project performance against objectives, manage risks and issues and evaluation ensuring that objectives and reporting requirements are delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and provide relevant information and advice about the Secure Work Pilots direction, issues, identified risks and requirements to ensure project delivery.
  • Prepare a wide range of materials to support Executives, including briefs, advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, ministerial briefing notes, and conveying complex concepts and information.
