The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand Communications Specialist to lead and execute brand communications for Everyday Rewards to grow member engagement (the associated objectives, strategy, creative, execution and measurement). Support brand projects and the management of Everyday Rewards customer engagement.

With drive and passion, you will also;

  • Work with the Senior Brand Manager to develop campaigns and programs that ladder up to EDR business plans that build brand advocacy
  • Lead/Support brand communications projects end to end - from concept, stakeholder alignment, objective setting, briefings, creative, execution, testing, iteration and measurement - to grow member engagement and education, establish the CVP with members, in reflection of the brand vision and strategy.
  • Execute key brand campaigns and always-on comms across bought, owned and earned channels with support from the Marketing Activation team
  • Leverage insights and research to support the execution of brand communications and projects. Providing proactive ideas and campaign ideas for how to grow Everyday Rewards brand loyalty
  • Deliver a sustainable (Always on) proposition marketing plan
  • Manage the Tone of Voice for the Everyday Rewards Social Channels and develop training on Tone of Voice

Your Background

We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative and creative Brand Communications specialist who is pragmatic in their approach, loves to be challenged and thrives in a fast paced, agile environment. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years marketing experience gained in a retail, banking, airline or subscriptions industry and have demonstrated experience in loyalty.

You will have end to end Brand Communication experience from objectives and briefing to strategic evaluation, production and measurement coupled with financial best practice experience. Naturally, you will have demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management and have highly developed communication skills.
