Qantas Loyalty is a high performing business and has a history of launching exciting new brands and services that make a difference to its millions of Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards members. The business has evolved and extended to a number of new ventures and other businesses such as Qantas Money, Qantas Insurance and Qantas Wine.

As the Campaign Analyst you will be responsible for designing, building and analysing targeted campaign audience for internal stakeholders across digital channels including edm, social and search engines and offline channels including outbound telemarketing and direct mail. The role is based in the Campaign Analytics team within Qantas Loyalty and offers critical analytics delivery on campaigns. You will be the custodian of the Qantas Loyalty member base and will adhere to the data privacy law while maximising the campaign audiences.

You’ll have:

  • Up to 3 years’ experience in a Campaign Delivery role
  • Experience with Audience Manager, DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Omniture, SAS, Tableau
  • A results oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Sound knowledge of SQL querying and relational databases, preferably experience in Teradata
  • A flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude; eager and enthusiastic to learn new things and get involved in where possible
  • A highly analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis and campaign operations
  • The capability to manage and prioritise several competing tasks for different departments
  • Advanced skills in Excel Preferred digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of statistical modelling tools and techniques e .g. SAS, segmentation, propensity models
  • An understanding of online infrastructure e .g. cookies, tags, ad serving Good knowledge of Australian marketplace
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to effectively liaise at all levels within Qantas
