We are looking to grow our team with a skilled Team Leader to work within our Federal Government portfolio

We are looking for a Technical Services Team Leader to manage a team of engineers in providing effective, competent and timely services to the aligned accounts within Federal Government. The role will involve ensuring the operation of the team performs at the highest level, and will act as the senior internal escalation point for Processing and Storage in direct liaison with the Customer Service Delivery manager and other skills groups.

Responsibilities of the role will involve the day to day tasks for Support Engineers and the monitoring of the call management queues for Incidents, Problems and Change Requests, and providing documentation of Processes, Procedures, Guides and Work Instructions for performing specific tasks.

Core Skills

Strong experience in industry, performing as a Senior Engineer or Project Leader
Strong demonstrated experience as in a Team Leader / Supervisor
Experience in a Customer facing position; Account Management of one or more strategic accounts, or Project management of a key business systems or processes to customer acceptance
Proven experience managing multiple accounts and acting as the primary escalation point
NV1 Security Clearance
