Reporting to the Manager, Digital Systems; the System Analyst, Audit & Compliance will manage compliance tasks within the Digital Portfolio. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external audits, remediating issues breaching compliance, assisting with cyber security and other compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide required documentation for audits and ensure issues are remediated in a timely manner

Ensure Digital comply with all compliance standards and investigate further when required

Develop and document processes to manage compliance issues and changes

Engage and Provide appropriate communication in relation to scheduled changes and critical compliance issues to affected parties

Manage escalations regarding compliance issues and support in the delivery of compliance projects as assigned by the Manager, Digital Systems

Liaise with internal teams, government authorities and system vendors regarding compliance changes

Understand industry compliance changes and impact to Digital Systems

Maintain relationships with key Digital product and delivery stakeholders

To be successful you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, and/or relevant industry experience

Exposure to data protection regulatory requirements with the ability to interpret regulatory policies and establish solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

Previous experience in an internal IT Audit, Service Desk, L1/L2 support or similar role is highly desirable
