We are looking for a full-time Fundraising Communications Coordinator to join our small but busy team at the LifeFlight Foundation. This role is located at our Robina office on the Gold Coast and offers easy access to public transport and parking.

The Fundraising Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Fundraising Programs Manager and another Fundraising Coordinator. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of direct marketing appeals and mass communication fundraising activity.

LifeFlight Foundation is in a growth phase and there is considerable scope for professional development and the acquisition of new skills and experience for the right candidate.

About You

To be successful in this role you need to satisfy the essential selection criteria within the PD. Importantly, to apply for this role you must have:


  • Demonstrated experience of minimum 1-2 years in a similar role or similar team environment.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative with above average communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrable experience in the development and delivery of fundraising communications and marketing collateral.
  • Understanding of fundraising programs and the end-to-end processes involved.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience and confidence in using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
