Job Description:


As our Paslode Account Manager your primary responsibility will be to maximise sustainable growth, sales, and profitability of Paslode with accounts in nominated channel and territory. This will be achieved by fully understanding the value proposition for each brand and developing and maintaining effective commercial relationships and strategic account plans with internal & external stakeholders. This role is based in Melbourne, Australia.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Develop strong and effective relationships with customers and maintain a thorough understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within their business.
  • Develop and manage efficient call cycles that ensure appropriate levels of service for customers.
  • Ensure effective ranging and merchandising, by providing post-sales support/administration, order taking, attending trade shows, identify training needs and deliver training.
  • Monitor, analyse and provide insights into account performance. Leverage analysis to drive identification of gaps/opportunities.


To be successful in this position you will have:


  • Proven experience in sales, hardware industry preferred but not essential.
  • Experience developing & implementing account plans and ability to articulate successful outcomes delivered.
  • Flexibility in relation to hours and location of work duties
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication including presentation skills.
