About the role
We are currently looking for a proactive, organised and solution focussed administrative professional to join our team located in Edinburgh in a permanent full time position. In this busy and hands-on role you will be the single point of contact for your client group into Enabling Functions providing level 1 support across People and Culture, Information Management, Quality and Safety.
This role is centred on relationships and working with your client group to develop two-way communication with management teams to ensure delivery of information to client group and escalate any issues or concerns back to the relevant Enabling Functions Department.

This role gives you the opportunity to work not only with the Enabling Functions area of the business, but to embed with your client group to learn and understand all of the aspects of working for Airbus Australia Pacific.
Some of your day to day tasks will include first point of call problem-solving, liaison with all departments within enabling functions and the ability to escalate when required, timesheet processing for EBA employees to ensure on time and correct processing of pays, management and ownership of the on-boarding experience for new employees within your client group, provision of system support and training as required, distribution of people and culture, information management, safety, security, quality information to client group, compilation of and input to reporting as requested by client group.
About you
This role is suited to someone who is highly organised, diligent, willing to learn and is committed to achieving outcomes. You will be a solution focused thinker with the flexibility to be agile in your approach to your work and keen to take on new challenges. The skills and experience best suited to this role:

* Positive and proactive approach to change with a growth mindset and eye for improvement opportunities
* A competent and confident communicator with well-developed written skills
* Proven planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and timeframes
* Previous experience in a Business Support, HR Admin, Safety Admin, Quality or Information Management role
* Proficient in the management and implementation of administrative processes
* High level SAP skills (data sourcing, extraction and analysis) for analysis and reporting purposes
