About the role
Opportunity for a Fleet Planner to join our Brisbane based Support Engineering team on permanent full time basis with flexible working arrangements. Reporting to the Team Lead Maintenance Watch and working closely with Field Service Representatives and Commonwealth personnel, you will be responsible for overseeing all ARH Tiger maintenance planning and authorisation of medium to long term allocation of aircraft to operating units, and maintenance facilities for major maintenance activities.
You will be working in a team environment and be involved in a variety of tasks relating to continuous improvement including:

* Building relationships across all areas of the business
* Working on the development, supportability and implementation of modifications and STIs
* Implementing plans to the ARH Tiger fleet and associated aeronautical products prior to the artefacts receiving incorporation Approval/Service Release.
* Driving process improvement and productivity improvement
* Working with the respective Platform Services and Program Management teams to identify and address known problem areas that our customers face

About you
To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to tight deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment. The skills and experience best suited to this role:

* Previous technical experience in aircraft maintenance engineering
* Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license or qualifications
* Experience in working with rotary wing platforms
* Ability to successfully manage multiple complex activities across numerous customers with varied stakeholders
* Ability to resolve high level service issues with strong analytical and influencing skills
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
