Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting and assisting the VIP Services leadership team in monitoring and modifying the quality and consistency of service to continuously meet and improve service standards
- Meet and greet VIP customers, ensuring their needs and experience exceeds their expectations
- Provide information on available gaming programs and cashing facilities, loyalty program and Treasury product offers including promotional activities

- Coordinate Premium Guests travel needs such as flights, accommodation and transport

The Opportunity:
The Sales Support Specialist position provides administration support to the Australia & New Zealand, Fluid Technologies & Asset Protection (FTAP) Sales team via business reporting and analytical assessment of performance against key metrics.
This position is a 1-year fixed term contract, with flexible 30.5 hours week across 4-5 working days.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist external Sales Engineers by formulating quotations within CRM
- Assist the commercial team to manage their respective sales territories including comparison review, Year on Year (YOY), Quarter by Quarter FTAP team performance analyses and participating in regular team meetings;
- Manage system contracts and pricing agreements for key focus accounts including renewals and new contracts while ensuring pricing is aligned accurately against current agreements;
- SAP financial reporting on material cost for pricing analysis;
- Co-ordinate pricing and margin analysis for key focus account contract renewals;
- Maintenance and distribution of local Price Book to align with SAP & Asia Price Book (APB);
- Assist Customer Service on pricing related queries arising during order entry
- P&A of products at quote stage for key focus accounts;
- Creating and extending product numbers in SAP to ANZ;
- Maintenance of Customer Master in line with key focus account allocations;
- Management and troubleshooting of automated Daily Sales reporting for ANZ team;
- To assist with coordination of projects, documentation and administration for the ANZ FTAP Team;
- Provide Business and Marketing support for new product launches;
- Assist with intra-company shared services when required (eg Customer Service, Supply Chain, SLS)

As member of the Customer Control Centre leadership team, this role leads a team of Hypercare Coordinators, supporting delivery across a balanced scorecard of customer & service based metrics (DIFOT, CSO etc)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a General Hand to support various work areas as a part of the Maintenance and Support Services team located at our Darwin site.
The role will include, but is not limited to, assisting in carrying out maintenance, inspections and repairs on equipment to ensure all site antennas, facilities, and grounds are safe, clean, tidy and fully functional.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Officer to maintain site critical services and infrastructure by providing security escort services, performing inspections, acting as a point of contact for external organizations, monitoring and coordinating the work of others on site.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to WH&S and workplace diversity.
- Experience in basic computer use, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Physical capacity to undertake manual labour, ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and outdoors.

Australia has embarked on the most complex transformation of Air Traffic Management (ATM) in its aviation history, a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a unified solution to Australia’s future ATM needs. The OneSky Australia Program is an unprecedented partnership between Thales, Airservices Australia and The Department of Defence to develop a new integrated civil and military air traffic management system
The Verification &Validation (V&V) Department is responsible for defining and performing testing activities to ensure the System and System elements meet the Functional Baseline requirements and/or Allocated Baseline requirements and confirm the systems are fit for purpose.
We are specifically looking to hire V&V Engineers with Systems/ Cyber Security focus
You are responsible for:
Contribute in System Requirement Analysis activities to confirm requirements are testable and allocate a Verification Method(s) and Verification Phase(s), documented in the Verification Cross Reference Matrix
Assess system design for overall compliance with contractual requirements
Support systems analysis, requirements analysis, requirements derivation and requirements allocation to design elements
Execute V&V procedures in accordance with the Acceptance Test Procedures
Develop, evaluate and improve tests, test methods, test framework and test tools
Collaborate and influence across multiple teams to ensure good quality delivery of V&V activities
The creation, maintenance and traceability of test procedures to verify Functional and Allocated Baseline requirements and to validate the systems fitness for purpose
Conduct verification and validation tests during formal testing activities including Acceptance Verification and Validation with the customer
How About You?
As a successful member of the team you will ensure that you not only maintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvements but deliver on results and work as a pro-active cross functional team member.
Bachelor of Engineering in Software, Systems or Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in testing and/or development of large, complex, real time software systems
Experience in engineering analysis, design and testing activities.
Experience in new product development environment
Previous experience with working with Requirement, Test and Defect Management Systems (DOORS, JIRA) would be highly regarded

Demonstrated ability to work in an integrated team environment.

About Your Role
As a Verification & Validation Engineer you will work within the OneSKY program where you will define and perform the verification testing activities to ensure that the System and System elements meet the Functional Baseline Requirements and Allocated Baseline Requirements, in order to confirm the system’s fitness for purpose in accordance with project objectives.
You will be actively involved in the following
Contributing to the delivery of quality and cost effective solutions, on time and on budget to program schedules
Liaise with multi-disciplinary and international teams of engineers to achieve project deliverables and milestones
The creation, maintenance and traceability of test procedures to verify Functional and Allocated Baseline requirements and to validate the system’s fitness for purpose
The conduct of the verification and validation tests during formal testing activities including Acceptance Verification & Validation with the customer.
Organise and carry out verification and validation activities in accordance with Project Plans which will include V&VP, ATP(s,) SEMP and Thales Engineering Procedures
Participate in System Requirement Analysis workshops, Test Procedure and Test Readiness Reviews, internally and with suppliers
How About You?
Bachelor of Engineering in a discipline that focuses in Systems & Software Systems or equivalent with relevant industrial experience in systems engineering
Test Engineering/Test Analyst experience of large, complex, real time software based systems which may include Air Traffic Management Systems or Voice Communication Systems.
Experience in engineering analysis, design and testing activities.
Proven track record working successfully across an integrated team environment.
Experience working with Requirement, Test and Defect Management Systems (DOORS, JIRA) would be highly desirable

About Your Role
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for designing and documenting solution proposals, with reference to a defined system functional baseline, to satisfy customer requirements and project/bid cost targets.
The position of Senior Systems Engineer provides technical oversight to other teams within the project/bid, ensuring that the designed solution is implemented as per the design and in accordance to the project/bid schedule and cost constraints.
We are looking for System engineering specialist with strong system algorithms engineering experience within software domains.
Ensure the integrity of the System functional baseline and architecture.
Define systems solutions that are the best trade-off between requirements, cost, schedule and risk that meet our customer’s needs.
Prepare and conduct specification reviews with our customers and lead technical working groups both internally and externally to define technical solutions.
Support the Software Development, Integration and Validation teams during implementation phase.
Support the System Engineering Manager to identify and mitigate functional/architectural risks.
How About You?
Engineering/computer science degree along with solid experience in development of real time and distributed systems in Air Traffic, Rail, Marine, Aviation ideally
Clear understanding of systems engineering process and functional baseline management from specification writing, requirement analysis and traceability through to system level design/architecture/interface and requirements management.
Knowledge of requirement management tools such as DOORS
Model Based System Engineering experience would be favourably looked upon
Any experience in networking, infrastructure, cyber security or systems of systems will be highly regarded
